Job summary
Full-time secretary/accountant positionExperience in a professional office setting requiredResponsibilities include managing reception, invoicing, and office administration

Responsibilities
• Manage reception area and greet clients• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls• Sort and distribute mail, both physical and electronic• Manage invoices, both outgoing and incoming• Manage cash and bank transactions• Order office supplies and manage suppliers• Assist with general office administration tasks• Work closely with the accounting team• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma in accounting or business management• Previous experience in a professional office setting• Proficient in PC usage and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)• Knowledge of Zucchetti management software is a plus• Good personal presentation• Ability to work independently
Key Skills Needed
