- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology
- Ability to facilitate scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retro) and lead meetings including Program Increment Planning
- Ability to shield his team from outside distractions and interferences.
- Ability to track and remove impediments
- Ability to establish effective working relationships within the scrum team
- Ensures that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team
- Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
- Helps the team deliver their sprint goals
- Assign other duties as deemed necessary

Your Profile
- Graduate of Information Management or related courses
- Minimum of 2-3 years of solid work experience in a Scrum Master role applying scrum theory, rules and practices
- With strong knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc
- Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
- Experience in using different tools such as powerpoint, excel, JIRA, Confluence, Azure Board, etc
- With strong background on software delivery cycle
