Brief job description Join our Salesforce Competency Center as a Solution Architect! If you feel that your competencies align with the responsibilities below and want to boost your skills by being a part of Sii Salesforce Partner – apply! Your role Communicate and document technical solutions as well as design tradeoffs effectively to business stakeholders Work with product managers and product owners to scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines Interact directly with customers to review requirements, manage project delivery, and obtain deliverable feedback Design data structure, Apex classes, and Lightning components to support application build as needed Design integrations and data flows Manage source control repository and review code to ensure quality development Release & environment management Manage local and offshore development teams to ensure the successful delivery of technical aspects of complex engagements Mentor and lead less experienced technical team members to enable their growth and success Support team in designing and implementing integrations Your skills At least 4 years of architecture experience across various Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience and Platform clouds, etc.) Minimum 4 years of experience using Agile development methods and practices More than 4 years of experience with custom SDLC processes such as code versioning, packaging, test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration, test automation, code analysis, and code quality metrics Knowledge of Heroku (Bisync, exposing through external objects, Dynos) with practical experience as an architect High-level knowledge about MuleSoft (or other ESB) Proficiency with Apex, SOQL, Lightning, Relational Databases and JavaScript Demonstrated ability to bring innovative and cost-effective business solutions from inception through launch and ongoing maintenance A reliable, responsive attitude toward delivering results and maintaining a keen focus Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving capability Experience with data migrations and integrations
