We are looking for Salesforce professionals to join our growing application team. Currently we use Salesforce.com as the main application platform for over 800 field-based sales representatives, and around 140 global and local marketing executives. The Sales, Marketing and Customer Services application team covers the full software lifecycle from business requirements, through solutions design, development, and testing, and finally into everyday service and support.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Configure Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, internal stakeholder requirements and company goals.
  • Must be efficient in all Salesforce administration and configuration functions such as developing objects, record types, page layouts, user security management, profiles, roles, permissions, workflow rules, approvals, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management.
  • The team will develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and data integrity.
  • All team members share a responsibility of ensuring documentation of policies, procedures and work processes is complete, up to date and adhered to.
  • Create and maintain product backlogs and user stories, discover customer and company needs, systems and operations requirements, customer rollout requirements, and usability.

 

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post: 

  • At least 2 years of experience working in the Salesforce platform. Has experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  • Salesforce Certification (ADM201 and/or ADM211) is a strong plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Must have Lightning experience.
  • Proficient in the full Salesforce offerings such as Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
