We are searching for a Sales Representative to join our Tecnica Outdoor team in Austria.
The resource will have the following responsibilities:
-Manage and develop sales of the brand's products in the assigned area;
-Implementing all prospecting, loyalty and negotiation actions necessary for the development of the brand;
-Implementing actions in the territory to maximize the distribution, presentation, visibility and promotional effectiveness of the Tecnica Outdoor brand;
-Create periodic reports on activities to inform management of actions taken;
-Analyzing the market (competitive intelligence, benchmarking);
-Participate in promotional events (trade fairs, events, clinics, etc.);
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
- Master's or Master's degree in economics or similar;
- Has 3 years of commercial experience (ideally in the sports sector);
- Possesses a great passion for the world of sales and has excellent interpersonal and listening skills;
- Has an excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers;
- Reliability, proactivity and team spirit;
- Loves sports and the outdoors;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
- Curiosity, autonomy and flexibility.
Place of employment:
Innsbruck / Western Austria; applications from other areas will also be considered, but it is required that the candidate is willing to relocate to the area of the place of employment
