Responsibilities
• Proactively visit interior designers, architecture studios, and general contractors to propose and negotiate products• Manage the entire Sales Project with acquired clients• Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients• Analyzing data from external entities and conducting proactive research to find the correct contacts• Participate and interact during product promotion events with professionals• Continuously update and compile data in the company CRM software for thorough analysis• Follow-up on remote activities of agents related to contract/project world• Be the reference point for consultation, negotiation, and supply aspects for every type of construction project• Report to Sales Manager
Requirements
• 3-4 years of experience in technical/commercial proposal to designers, architecture studios, furniture distribution channels, general contractors• Analytical autonomy in identifying potential clients/contacts• Consultative approach in developing concrete solutions for stakeholders• Creativity in dialogue with contacts, as well as commercial and technical/commercial negotiation skills• Ability to organize and manage agenda independently• Proactive approach towards using management software and CRM• Proficiency in English, and second language (French or German) considered a plus
