Responsibilities
• Develop the Business market in the assigned area• Focus on acquiring and retaining long-term corporate clients in the Horeca sector• Collaborate with Leroy Merlin store Business representatives in the assigned area• Collaborate with local service representatives to ensure priority, fast, and personalized service to target customers• Proactively identify and acquire new potential customers• Visit target customer facilities to understand their needs and offer customized solutions• Provide customer assistance, including post-sales support, to ensure high satisfaction standards• Create strategic partnerships with category associations, Horeca distributors, etc. to expand the customer network and promote Leroy Merlin's business product and service offerings• Participate in trade shows and commercial events to promote Leroy Merlin's business product and service offerings
Requirements
• Consolidated experience in sales and the business sector, preferably in one or more of the following sectors: Horeca, furniture, business services, construction supplies, or related• Advanced communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with customers• Result-oriented and ability to work in a team to achieve ambitious sales goals• Proven experience in developing a customer portfolio• Organizational skills and ability to effectively manage own time• Ability to work in synergy with different company functions to provide excellent service to target customers• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and computer applications for sales data management and analysis
