We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to lead one of our resort wear boutiques, offering a curated selection of high-end resort wear brands amidst the stunning backdrop of our island paradise.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably luxury fashion or resort wear.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop team.
- Passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye detail in product presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic resort environment, including weekends and holidays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of boutique operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Create a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience for our discerning clientele.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue meet targets.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards to showcase our exquisite collection of resort wear.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and exceptional customer service among boutique staff.
