Ricercamy.com is looking for a Sales Manager for IoInvesto SCF, a leading Italian network of independent financial advisors.The Sales Manager will be responsible for guiding the sales team, developing effective strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.This is a full-time permanent position with competitive salary based on experience.

Responsibilities
• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve established sales goals.• Develop and implement effective strategies to reach sales targets, in collaboration with the Management and Marketing Department.• Create and maintain personal relationships with customers.• Monitor team performance and provide training to build customer trust and loyalty.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective internal and external communication.• Identify new business opportunities and work to acquire new clients.• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products or services and provide technical support when needed.• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including results, market trends, and forecasts.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business or equivalent.• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Customer-oriented with the ability to build lasting personal relationships.• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and motivate other members.• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities and overcome challenges.• Knowledge of relevant industry and market trends.• Preferably experienced in the financial sector.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
