Key Responsibilities:
KPI Monitoring and Analysis:
- Regularly track and analyze KPIs related to Sales Force efficiency.
- Compile sales activity reports, identifying threats and opportunities.
- Present KPIs to division managers.
Targeting and Segmentation:
- Implement and maintain targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Align territories effectively to optimize sales performance.
Data Processing:
- Analyze national and local data (coverage, frequencies, call rates, patient education).
- Collaborate with sales on specific project analyses.
Quality Compliance:
- Ensure all activities adhere to quality system requirements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field with IT skills.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving goals.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and basic Access).
- Fluent in written English and Italian.
