Position: Sales Development Manager

Department: Agency Channel

Experience: Mini. 1 Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing of Any Field

CTC: 2.75 LPA Variable Pay Other Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and building a highperforming distribution network to Financial Consultants (FCs)
  • Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance
  • Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions
  • Providing preand postsales support (e.g. claim settlement)
  • Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
  • Enabling FCs to use the latest digital platforms

Candidate Preference:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to convince and influence others
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
  • Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks
  • Willing to travel in the designated region/city
  • Local Language preferred
