Your Role
We welcome applications from professionals who have a hunger to provide the best possible service to our customers.
Immediately you will have the opportunity to make an impact in the life of our prospective students, whilst having the possibility of building your long-term career.
The role will be mainly office based (with up to 20% remote working) and you will be also representing EF at fairs, offline events, and info meetings.
Responsibilities
* Promote and sell language & study programs abroad through direct customer contact
* Achieve ambitious sales targets and meet customer expectations
* Sell both on the phone, during face-to-face consultations and video calls
* Be a team player but also reach your individual goals
Requirements
* Sales-oriented, goal-driven, can-do attitude, strong work ethic
* 1-2 years of sales experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Fluent in Italian and B2 in English
* International experience (study or work)
* Positive attitude and great team spirit
* Strong interpersonal skills and outspoken personality
* Proactive, eager to learn, and highly motivated
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
