The Team
The Team inside the stores collectively strives to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers. The team works together to uphold the store's reputation, achieve sales targets, and create a positive environment that reflects the values of (COMPANY NAME). Each member contributes uniquely to the team's success, ensuring that the store remains a destination of choice for customers seeking quality products and outstanding service.
The Position
Reporting directly to the store management team, the Sales Associate will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process.
* Manage the relationship with an international customer base, providing details about (COMPANY NAME) Italia's product and values
* Use effective sales techniques so as to achieve set goals
* Promote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador
* Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work climate
* Assist in the constant maintenance of Visual Merchandising standards
* Check stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary to ensure that the full range of products and sizes are present
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in the role in retail settings
* Dynamism and strong operational and organizational skills
* Excellent standing and polished presence
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Willingness to work shifts, especially on weekends
