Job Description:
To provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of (COMPANY NAME) history and heritage
- Assist customers accordingly with (COMPANY NAME) selling ceremony
- Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
- Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business
- and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies
- Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication
- Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with (COMPANY NAME) visual guidelines
- Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
- Follow Company grooming, accordingly with (COMPANY NAME) standards and policies Key Requirements
* Deep passion for fashion and luxury
* Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
* Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers' attitude
* Ability to adapt to different customers
* Team-playing aptitude
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Fluent in English and a second language will be a plus
