We are looking for a new employee for the position of "Sales Assistant" for the ABB Operations Center Europe in Ostrava.The Europe Operations Center in Ostrava is part of ABB's Process Automation division, which provides engineering for units across Europe and employs more than 600 people. This position reports to
Team Leader Order Handling
Your responsibilities
- Active communication with the customer
- Data collection, analysis and reporting, creation of dashboards, ad-hoc reports
- KPI monitoring, deviation reporting
- Managing sales and quality department tools, supporting users (Salesforce, ServIS, PowerBi, NPS, etc.) and actively participating in improving reporting tools
- Active supervision of the accuracy and completeness of data in the field of sales and marketing
- Management of internal documentation, document management
- Support in finding potential customers and developing plans
- Supporting sales representatives, arranging offers and meetings, coordinating events and campaigns
- Active monitoring of the latest technologies and trends: market research, segmentation, customer trends, etc.
Your background
- Knowledge of the French language at the level of everyday communication is required
- Knowledge of the English language at the level of everyday communication is required
- Willingness to travel regularly to a customer in Beynost, France every month
- University education (economics and marketing)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Very good work with Excel
- Experience with reporting and sales tools (Salesforce)
- Work experience in sales and marketing is an advantage
