Your role and responsibilities

Provides administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at an organization or business level.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs complex administrative tasks and takes ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs.
• Assists a business/business manager(s) in all businessrelevant administration tasks, such as conducting research, compiling, verifying the information, and creating special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other relevant documents.
• Responsible for different communication tasks within their own area of responsibility, ensuring sharing of knowledge and information to keep others informed and up to date.
• Implements ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Acts as the point of contact for internal/external inquiries via phone and email, assesses the urgency of issues, and initiates appropriate action.
• Arranges businesscritical internal/external events, including arranging travel, developing itineraries, booking accommodation, registering for conferences, and coordinating with visiting speakers, among other tasks.
• Provides financial support at a business level, which includes monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, and other related tasks.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years working experience in administration, supporting sales team experience is preferred
• Good communication skill and teamwork
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/PPT, familiar with SAP/Salesforce/Power BI or other sales system is preferred
• Fluent in English
