Responsibilities
• Develop and grow Process Cooling market share in assigned area• Develop relationships with customers, key accounts, and dealers• Create opportunities with new customers and dealers• Demonstrate high integrity with a growth mindset• Develop technical competence to prepare quotes and promote cooling equipment• Use CRM to monitor and follow up projects• Provide sales data, monthly reports, and analysis of sales performance• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate activities and meet sales goals
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in an industrial context, preferably in HVAC&R sales• English knowledge is mandatory• Experience using a CRM, preferably Cloud for Customer• Sales and goal-oriented mindset
