Responsibilities
• Serve as a cross-functional reference for issues arising from adverse events• Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders in insurance, privacy, and legal areas• Maintain relationships with insurance brokers, specialized firms, and legal professionals• Prepare and verify documentation for meetings• Interact with the Public Relations Office and other external public entities• Organize meetings of the Claims Evaluation Committee
Requirements
• Master's degree in law or related field• Candidates without previous experience will be considered and trained internally• Preferred knowledge of healthcare facility operations• Ability to interact with various stakeholders with professionalism and diplomacy• Strong multitasking, empathy, flexibility, and proactive qualities• Organizational skills and autonomy
