IndirizzoWe are looking for a candidate to join our P&C Risk Management team in Milan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of activities related to P&C Risk Management. Specifically, the candidate will:
- Compute P&C SCR and Risk Margin using Internal Model and Standard Formula, calibrating on different components and discussing hypotheses/results with various stakeholders such as business lines, the AXA Group, auditors, and regulators.
- Participate in P&C Internal Model testing activities, P&C SCR projections, and contribute to the ORSA process.
- Calculate P&C KRI, taking a risk-based approach to relevant quantitative indicators.
- Model CAT Risk for both natural and man-made perils, using ad-hoc models developed in AXA.
- Provide a 2nd Opinion on Reinsurance programs and CAT Accumulation.
Your Profile
- 4-7 years of experience in one of the following office: Pricing; Reserving; Reinsurance; Risk/Act Function
- Preferably bachelor in: Mathematics, Statistics; Economics; Engineering; Physics
- Good knowledge of programming tools
- Good knowledge of P&C insurance
- Knowledge of Solvency II
- English: minimum B2 level
- Excel / Power Point: advanced
