JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The candidate will support the Retail Store Operations Team inside Italy Sun Market. This team represents the point of contact between stores inside the region and Corporate Functions. Store Operations team has a lot of interactions with different teams: for this reason, in our team we need strong communication skills and ability to work in a complex environment. 

Store Operations team supports daily activities inside the stores, creating and sharing procedures and guidelines to follow, providing direct support. For this reason, the ability to plan activities in an effective way and problem solving are crucial characteristics.

Analytical skills are also required in order to support the daily monitoring and analysis of Net Sales and KPIs.

 

 

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

 

  1. Facilitate the communication to and from the stores in the daily business, to quickly solve operating issues and run the sales operations smoothly.
  2. Support the Store Operations team in developing innovative projects , planning the activities and deliver them successfully.
  3. Perform analysis and help creating better operating processes in the stores, leveraging on IT systems, managerial tools and people’s skills.
  4. Guarantee that all the procedures in stores are respected and aligned with global standards .
  5. Coordinate the deployment of processes and guidelines given by Corporate Functions (es. Product, Planning, IT).
  6. Create and Analyse Retail KPIs reports in a proactive and critical way.
  7. Act as a point of contact for Store Operations teams in EMEA countries to escalate issues and instances to Corporate Departments.
  8. Act as a point of contact between stores and the different functions beloging to the region (product, IT, planning, marketing,...).

  • For some projects, we work with external suppliers that are involved in the launch of the project

 

LANGUAGES:

 

Italian – mother language

English - fluent

Other Languages – not required, but a plus
