Responsibilities
• Represent the main interface and point of contact for clients• Manage and coordinate up to 3 projects simultaneously• Coordinate project meetings and conference calls, and prepare periodic reports• Assist in drafting proposals for clients• Manage the design phase and ensure compliance with client requirements• Create project schedules and budgets, and monitor adherence to timelines and costs• Coordinate the selection of consultants and suppliers• Assist clients in drafting contracts• Supervise construction progress and manage changes• Conduct inspections, close out projects, and collect necessary documentation• Assist in business development by creating commercial presentations• Review store restyling projects, prepare technical specifications, and update ongoing technical activities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD• Desirable knowledge of 3D modeling tools and Adobe• Fluent in English• Familiarity with project management methodologies and techniques• Thorough understanding of building regulations and fire prevention regulations• Knowledge of national regulations for large retail structures• Previous experience in Retail Real Estate is a plus• Ability to work in a team and independently• Strong organizational and time management skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
