Responsibilities
• Represent the brand in stores and on the territory• Define operational standards, sales objectives, and commercial margin for all stores• Understand specific product needs in different markets and provide complete briefs to the Buying team• Provide instructions and monitor all retail operations• Redesign processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness• Ensure compliance with laws and internal procedures on safety, data privacy, money management, and anti-theft• Oversee service quality and customer loyalty in boutiques• Manage and coordinate staff, support Store Managers in sales floor coaching• Coordinate HR processes in retail, including talent identification and development• Analyze boutique results and propose improvements to enhance sales performance
Requirements
• Knowledge of the brand and ability to convey its values• Experience in retail management• Ability to define operational standards and sales objectives• Understanding of product needs in different markets• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Knowledge of safety and data privacy regulations• Leadership and team management skills• Ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Fluency in Italian
