Position
During this 6-month internship, you will be included in the EMEA Retail Excellence Department, and will support all the team initiatives/projects and contribute to the team effectiveness focusing on:
Training organization
* Support to the Retail Excellence training activities both with planning and overall logistics of the training sessions and special events, with direct support on site
* Support to the collection and analysis of trainings' feedbacks and attendances
Digital Learning
* Use Made to Learn Retail app as a system admin to support the overall Digital Learning management
* Create and review Digital training material and make sure defined approach, templates, translations and quality standards are respected
Guest Experience
* Support the analysis of all the Guest Experience tools (NPS, Google My Business) in order to create consistency and support the Regional Core teams for continuous improvement
Analysis and follow-up
* Analyze qualitative and quantitative Training KPIs
The internship experience will start in February/March 2024.
Profile
* Master's Degree in Humanities or Economics;
* IT abilities and professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint);
* Ability to analyze and synthesize information;
* Team working attitude and flexibility;
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
