The resources will report directly to the Adm. Supervisor and support the team in the following activities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Research and control of Customs Bills
- Save Customs documents
- Collect customs documents and send reminders for export proof to freight forwarders/customs
- Collect and control of Cites export certificates returned from Customs
- Create and Transmit Certificates of Origin
Profile:
- Good Knowledge of the Office system
- Good organizational skill and to interact with external entities
- Availability, Flexibility and proactivity.
