Job summary
Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a RSPP for an important company in the energy sector.The role involves being the RSPP for the Thermal Power Plant in Vado Ligure and the Renewable Sources Sector of Tirreno Power.Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, updating the DVR, managing relationships with local authorities, and overseeing the ISO 45001 certified Health and Safety Management System.

Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with the activities assigned to the Prevention and Protection Service.• Update the DVR in collaboration with central company structures.• Develop safety procedures for various company activities.• Propose information and training programs for workers.• Prepare DUVRI in collaboration with maintenance technicians.• Conduct site inductions on safety.• Manage relationships with local control authorities regarding safety and occupational hygiene authorizations.• Monitor legislative activity related to safety and occupational hygiene.• Manage the ISO 45001 certified Health and Safety Management System.
Requirements
• Training required by D.Lgs 81/08 and applicable regional agreements to be an RSPP.• Technical/engineering degree or equivalent experience.• Previous experience in the role.• Preferred background in the industrial sector, preferably electrical or process industry.• General knowledge of production plants and their functioning.• Ability to work autonomously.• Excellent team working skills.• Good problem-solving abilities.• Leadership qualities.• Knowledge of UNI EN ISO 19011:2018 is a preferred qualification.• Knowledge of the Office package.
