About the role
As Account Manager of Reserve outlets of North Italy in the highly influential top-end On-Trade, which is the heartland of the premium spirits world, you will play a crucial role in building the status, equity, and rate of sale of our brands.

You will be responsible for:
* Reserve Customer plan: decide customer role/activity plans/investment profile to deliver plan
* Customer Business Performance Mgt:  Defines Best view forecast & forward investment plan for the customer(s) across Italy
* Responsible for triangulation between outlets and Distributors to close agreements
* Reserve Customer Budget accountability across Italy
* Commercial Investment per all customers across Italy
* Management of all national Reserve projects and sales drives
* Winter and summer hotspots accountability
* Be first point of contact for Reserve Account executives

* Deep understanding of what is important to Reserve customers and use this insight to drive the creation and execution of a clear and powerful commercial plan
* Has their finger on the pulse of what is happening on the ground: has brilliant relationships with key influencers in the industry
* Category Knowledge across Spirits and TBA with experience in process, ingredients & provenance
Relationship management with external and internal collaborators
* Skilled in developing customer and collaborator dedication, negotiating for win-win outcomes
* Operates proactively - and where vital reactively - in order to beat competitors.
Brilliant Execution
* Understanding of where and how to target trade investment to improve ROI whilst delivering for our customers.
* Optimally balances short- and long-term performance goals in planning, execution and evaluation of activity.
About you
Requirements
* A strong and broad track record in Commercial with experience in strategic planning with customers
* Highly skilled in encouraging dedication through advance negotiation skills, resolving conflict and crafting collaborative relationships
* In depth understanding of distributors, key customers and competitors: their businesses and their shoppers/drinkers
* Able to mentor of both functional and leadership capability development in commercial leaders
* Proficient in English and Italian
