Rental Sales Area Manager

Location: Veneto, Lombardia, Piemonte and Emilia Romagna

Role:

We are looking for a new addition to our rental team. The new Rental Sales Area Manager will be responsible for developing the business area related to product rental by providing technical and commercial rental solutions to customers and agents located in the regions of Central and Northern Italy: Veneto, Lombardia, Piemonte and Emilia Romagna.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and seize potential opportunities with both existing and new rental customers, by proposing compelling solutions and coordinating various processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Providing active product support and assistance to current and new customers in line with the company strategy
  • Drive assigned sales and customer development quotas with a focus on rental sector
  • Develop new customer development strategy and identify opportunities for driving Rental Sales among existing customers
  • Present solutions to customers, follow up with all relevant stakeholders within the purchasing process, and engage in discussions to develop and evaluate possible solutions.
  • Utilize company-mandated software and programs to prepare reports in line with company rules.
  • Maintain an updated customer database to enhance accuracy and facilitate ongoing business development efforts.


Requirements:

  • A Technical High School diploma or University degree in engineering, with a preference for HVAC specialization.
  • Min. 3 years' experience in rental or equipment sales within HVAC, industrial machinery and mechanical manufacturing sectors;
  • Fluent Italian and communicative English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite;
  • Theoretical basics of Thermodynamics;
  • Willingness to travel in the assigned area;
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication, negotiation, team-building and listening skills.
