Regional Sea Logistics Reefer Trade Specialist

Your Role

Your main activities revolve around reefer carrier management and procurement. You will do this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Support Trade Manager in daily activities
• Support and manage daily reefer procurement and pricing
• Maintain rate updates and track reefer rate trends
• Reefer tender management support, preparation and analysis, plus taking the pricing lead on strategic opportunities
• Strategic carrier management through booking and allocation and steering
• Carrier and customer reefer performance review vs targets
• Sourcing of market intel and key trade information
• To act as entry point to support our branches on exceptional reefer operational issues along with carrier space escalations

Your Skills and Experiences

Your strong commercial skills + knowledge of pricing, procurement + trade together with your experience in liaising directly with carriers will be the key to your success.
