We are looking for a pricing team leader for our southern Europe region based in Milan. You will play a key role between our finance team and our sales and marketing team to implement the best strategy to achieve the company ambitious targets.
You will be part of the Strategic Marketing, and will lead a team of 5 people to cover the whole region.

What does the role involve?
The Head of Pricing manages and coordinates the Pricing and Margin Team composed of 5 people (pricing & margin specialists and managers) for the whole Southern Europe Region. He/She is in charge of localizing the global Pricing strategy to the 10 countries in the region adapting it to each market needs.
Your main tasks will be:
- Monitoring and analyzing pricing KPIs to identify profit opportunities and ensure the strategy roll out
- Suggesting and developing action plans together with sales, finance and product marketing
- Defining how we can be better at pricing segmentation especially in large/mature markets for Hilti like Italy
- Be the contact point for the executive team of the region, the general managers of the different markets for everything that is related to pricing and margin
- Evaluate the most important sales opportunities
- Coordinate with the global pricing team - Manage and implement discount processes, annual agreement reviews, pricing tools

What you need is:
- Degree in Economics/Business Administration/Finance/Engineering
- Pricing expert with more than 7+ years of professional experience in similar roles also in contact with Sales/Marketing
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Deep understanding of the business and processes
- Results oriented and able to motivate team members
- SAP, Salesforce, PowerBI and SQL knowledge is a plus
