  • The Regional Account Manager (RAM) ensures achievement of sales objectives in line with APOC mission. Partners with customers /key decision makers to develop solutions that enhance their performance and improve patient outcomes. The RAM expands brand reputation and delivery of sales and profitability objectives. Growing the business of APOC products in the responsible region

Major Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for territory sales quota including development and execution of a territory sales plan, accurate forecasting and target performance achievement.
  • Drive profitable growth and close opportunities by initiating, developing and/or delivering unique solutions that result in improved customer outcomes and benefits.
  • Develop and implement strategy, scope, process and actions which drive sales in assigned accounts, and which lead to meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Provide significant and positive impact to short-term, mid-range, and long-term organizational goals.
  • Identify and lead improvements in commercial processes.
  • Manage customer relationships, primarily focused on retention, expansion, and net new customer sales.
  • Establish and build senior-level relationships and leverages them in driving new profitable sales and expanding utilization in current accounts.
  • Understand and assess customer's business issues and objectives and presents innovative APOC solutions.
  • Develop/maintain a detailed account plan including executive relationships and KOL
  • Utilization, maintenance and update of CRM database to ensure accurate analytics.

Education

  • Requirements University or Bachelor's Degree in science or economics or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred

Background

  • Experience in account management
  • Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare structure and decision making process
  • Commercial experience, preferable in the medical sales environment
  • Preferred three year sales experience in the healthcare market for Medical Devices, In-Vitro-Diagnostic
  • Experience in solution selling with different stakeholders
  • Ability to work with MS Office
