- The Regional Account Manager (RAM) ensures achievement of sales objectives in line with APOC mission. Major Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for territory sales quota including development and execution of a territory sales plan, accurate forecasting and target performance achievement.
- Drive profitable growth and close opportunities by initiating, developing and/or delivering unique solutions that result in improved customer outcomes and benefits.
- Develop and implement strategy, scope, process and actions which drive sales in assigned accounts, and which lead to meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Provide significant and positive impact to short-term, mid-range, and long-term organizational goals.
- Identify and lead improvements in commercial processes.
- Manage customer relationships, primarily focused on retention, expansion, and net new customer sales.
- Establish and build senior-level relationships and leverages them in driving new profitable sales and expanding utilization in current accounts.
- Understand and assess customer's business issues and objectives and presents innovative APOC solutions.
- Develop/maintain a detailed account plan including executive relationships and KOL
- Utilization, maintenance and update of CRM database to ensure accurate analytics.
