• In this specific role you will have the chance to:
• support the Record Manager for the proper implementation of the RIM program (record information management) at the Latina Site.
• Support the Record Manger to ensure alignment of the Site with ERS (Enterprice Retention schedule) requirements. Manage documentation through RSMS and support Site departments in this activity.
• Take care of the relationship and communication with the company that maintains the external repository for documentation.
• Support Record Manager for RIM Assessment and support the management of relative Quality issue and corrective action.
  QUALIFICATIONS :
• We want to hear from YOU if you have:
• University Degree - Scientific field (preferred: Chemistry and pharmaceutic technology - CTF, Chemistry )
• Ability in problem-solving and decision making technique.
• Good interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required;
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point
  Other qualifications that will be considered as a plus:
• Usage of Minitab is considered a nice to have requirement.
• Previous experience of 6 months in a similar position.
