Job Description

Riportando al Front Office Manager la risorsa si occupa di:
Accoglienza clienti dall'arrivo alla partenza
Informa il cliente sulle condizioni di soggiorno, le formalità e i servizi dell'hotel
Anticipa i bisogni del cliente e gestisce eventuali obiezioni e/o osservazioni presentando una soluzione nel minor tempo possibile
Trasmette le informazioni necessarie agli altri reparti
Gestione del centralino
Gestione della cassa

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the resource deals with:
Customer reception from arrival to departure
Informs the client about the conditions of stay, the formalities and the hotel services
Anticipates the customer's needs and manages any objections and / or observations by presenting a
solution as quickly as possible
Transmits necessary information to other departments
Switchboard management
Cash management

Qualifications

Diploma/laurea
Italiano e Inglese
Almeno 1/ 2 anni di esperienza maturata nel ruolo in contesti alberghieri con elevati standard di servizio (hotels 4/5*, Relais & Chateaux)
Orientamento al cliente, comunicazione, flessibilità e team working

Diploma / degree
Italian, English
At least 1/2 years experience gained in the role in hotel contexts with high standards of service (hotels 4/5*, Relais & Chateaux)
Customer orientation, communication, flexibility and team working

Additional Information

Contratto a tempo determinato, con possibilità di proroghe
CCNL Turismo. L’inquadramento e la retribuzione verranno commisurati in base al profilo e all’esperienza
