The resource will be placed in the role of Receptionist within a prestigious International Law Firm ranked among the world’s top firms, located in downtown Milan.
Role and Responsibilities
The selected resource will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations by providing high-quality service. Key responsibilities include:
● welcoming and assisting all visitors and personnel, escorting internal and external clients to their destinations
● handling correspondence and switchboard operations
●booking conference rooms and visitor offices, ordering taxis, print and mail support, access card loans, ordering supplies, etc.
● handling minor maintenance tasks
● basic accounting activities
Required Skills
● excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
● display IT fluency, including proficiency in Excel
● exhibit well developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
● excellent organizational skills, precision and autonomy in managing tasks
Work schedule on shifts: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM/11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
Work Location: central Milan.
