Electra is constantly innovating to facilitate the recharging of electric vehicles with a network of fast recharging hubs (15 to 30 minutes maximum) and a user experience simplified to the maximum. Based in Paris, Lyon, Brussels, Milan, Zurich, Vienna, Madrid and Munich, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 14,500 charging points by 2030 ; proud to participate in the energy transition in France and Europe. Your mission
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Specialist to join our dynamic team. Please note that this is a temporary contract of the duration of 6 months. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in:
Managing and facilitating Real Estate transactions, ensuring smooth processes from listing to closing
Collaborating with clients, Real Estate agents, and other professionals to provide exceptional service and achieve successful outcomes
Bring the value proposition of Electra in different sectors (retail, hotels, restaurants) by negotiating with different decisional figures
Secure the best venues to build our stations in Italy, by spotting the right places and negotiating with landlords and other different stakeholders
Under the responsibility of the Head of Sales, you’ll be in contact with the different teams of Electra (operations, legal, product etc.) in order to identify the best synergies with our partners and the best locations for fast charging. This position requires a deep understanding of the Real Estate market, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Desired Profile
1+ years of Real Estate experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
Proactivity in order to find the best locations for Electra
Capability of understand all potential business opportunities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
