Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

Partner with the best

In this role you will ensure project meets contractual quality standards, collaborating with the team, and manage risks for defect prevention, exceeding customer expectations.

As a Quality Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading project quality execution, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and business targets/policies.
  • Conducting pre-inspection meetings and manage nonconformity processes.
  • Analyzing inspection progress, identify preventive actions, and ensure timely documentation/certification.
  • Participating in project reviews, customer meetings, and critical inspections/tests with customer inspectors.
  • Managing nonconformities, punch lists, customer deviation requests, and Technical Regulation & Standard compliance.
  • Monitoring Manufacturing Data Record collection progress and provide internal/external reporting on nonconformities status.
  • Being proactive in overseeing Sales Toolgate Process for quality and completeness, proactively identifying Lessons Learned and updating Supplier Checklist.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Quality Management, or Project Management)
  • Have experience in project management with a focus on quality control and assurance.
  • Have a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects in compliance and quality standards.
  • Be familiar with technical regulations and standards applicable to the projects.
  • Have excellent communication in English, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the project team, customers, and inspectors
