As Quality Assurance Engineer, you will manage Quality Assurance activities related to Wall Hung Boilers Business Line, providing support to Markets, Factories, R&D and QA teams during the whole product lifecycle.
Your Main Activities/Tasks:
- Be the focal point of QA team for connectivity activities
- Investigate weak signals from the market, leveraging connectivity tools and the experience of Service Partners
- Investigate root cause of failures and work together with other dept (Plant Quality Control, R&D, Production) to find solutions
- Support the QA team monitoring planned Initiatives during their development and introduction in production
- Support QA during New Product Introduction
- Collaborate with factory organization in case of extraordinary quality related tasks
- Arrange and manage the annual Field Test plan, for New Product Introduction and for Technological Approvals, intercepting and monitoring weak signals thought feedback from customers and from connected products.
As our ideal candidate , you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a brilliant academic career.
Good problem solving, excellent communications and hands on approach are essential to be successful in this role.
Fluency in English and knowledge of MS Office package are required; Minitab is a plus.
