Qualification & Calibration Specialist (m/f) 

Bayer HealthCare Manufacturing is looking for a bright candidate as Qualification & Calibration Specialist for the Garbagnate Milanese site.

He/she will be part of a Qualification and Calibration team in the Engineering area and will be required to interface and co-operate with different people from other site departments: Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, HSE.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare qualification and periodic re-qualification protocols for GMP relevant equipment, systems and utilities such as HVAC, purified water,…
• Perform of qualification tests on production equipment, control systems and utilities in accordance with the quality standards compliant with GMP regulations
• Reviewing and archiving of qualification records from suppliers and reviewing qualification records performed, both internally and by the external specialist consultancy firm
• Prepare procedures relevant to qualification and calibration activities in compliance with the global procedures and compliant with GMP regulations
• Manage calibration scheduling as well as review and record of relevant calibration certificates.
• Management of particulate monitoring scheduling as well as review and record of particulate monitoring certificates

WHO YOU ARE:

• Master’s Degree in CTF, Engineering or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role in a pharmaceutical company or in quality     assurance/qualification in GMP environment
• Good knowledge of GMP requirements and experience in supporting GMP based inspections
• Knowledge of the most common process instrumentation (pressure and temperature probes, manometers), measurement principles, uncertainty of measurement and of calibration module in SAP environment will be a plus
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schema as well as process schema will be considered a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural predisposition to teamwork
• Excellent knowledge of Office Package
• Fluent Knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue
