QA/RA Director - Exciting Opportunity in Bergamo!
Our client, a leading company in the medical device industry, is seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead team as a QA/RA & Environment Director. This is a unique opportunity to work as a business partner to the CEO, supporting the growth of the business and managing the regulatory aspects of the organization.
As a QA RA & Environment Director, you will have the capability to inspire and build trust with all stakeholders through clear communication, transparency, and accountability. Your active listening skills and natural team player attitude will enable you to develop strong and effective relationships with all departments of the organization, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Identify unique regulatory requirements in new and existing markets and assess their impact on manufacturing, product development, and the business.
- Propose solutions and approaches to address regulatory challenges and anticipate future challenges.
- Manage practices for obtaining and maintaining product and system certifications.
- Support the innovation unit in drafting technical specifications for the development of new products.
- Manage global product registrations and ensure compliance with changing regulations.
- Supervise the realization of user manuals and other labeling information in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's Quality and Environment system to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
- Champion a program for continuous improvement and maintain awareness of regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or engineering (preferred) or equivalent working experience.
- 10 years of experience in similar roles or in a medical device development environment.
- Good knowledge of quality management standards, medical device regulations, and ISO requirements.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
