Responsibilities
• Maintain and enhance quality assurance processes.• Assist in the GMP quality system migration.• Support system records management for non-conformances, CAPA, quality issues, Change of Control, and escalation records.• Conduct system compliance testing.• Implement and maintain the GMP quality system for regulatory compliance.• Provide end user system navigation support and training.• Support QA improvement projects.• Prepare slide decks on specific topics.• Update spreadsheets using different project management methodologies.• Support in meetings management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA leadership role in the Pharmaceutical Industry.• Ability to work in global teams.• Fluent in English with C1 level proficiency.• Strong knowledge of Trackwise or similar quality management software.• Proven experience in handling non-conformances, CAPA, quality issues, Change of Control, and escalation records.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
