In this role you will:
Purpose
* E' il riferimento per i componenti di SBS per quanto concerne la gestione delle tematiche di carattere amministrativo/contabile per la gestione del processo P2P, il punto di contatto con le altre Direzioni di (COMPANY NAME) Italia (Pharma) e con gli interlocutori esterni (Vendors, HCP/HCO).
Key Accountabilities
* E' responsabile di salvaguardare la reputazione aziendale attraverso comportamenti improntati al rispetto delle normative vigenti e dei valori codici e regolamenti aziendali (Codice Etico, procedure, etc)
* E' responsabile della gestione dalle richieste ricevute dai vari stakeholders interni (BPAT, EVENTI, SAS, Assistant, IHUB, Supporto Gestione Saggi-trasferimenti, FINANCE) ed esterni (Fornitori, GENPACT, KPMG)
* E' responsabile della gestione End to End del processo P2P.
* Creazione Purchase Order
* Workflow/approvazioni fatture
* Pagamenti - richieste
* Public Employees
* Report - garantire la corretta esecuzione e verifica di report periodici.

Basic qualification:
* Diploma o laurea
* Conoscenza delle normative e leggi di settore oltre a quelle aziendali (Ethical & Legal Compliance)
* Esperienza in Ruolo analogo per almeno due anni (In house/out house) nel finance, procurement, customer service o SB
* Buona conoscenza dei sistemi informativi (SAP)
* Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office Microsoft (Excel e Access)
* Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
