Responsibilities:
•Monitor marketing campaigns developed by licensees that align with the Company's specific marketing strategies and meet branding requirements.
•Provide a monthly report to the Director and Vice President of Print Licensing on the competitive landscape, with a focus on emerging trends and opportunities for the Company to capitalize on these trends
• Monitor licensee requests for marketing materials to support collectible works
• Track royalty reports in the Company's new systems and share updated full-year value reports based on actual revenue earned by licensees of collectible works.
• Update the catalog of collectible works and share it with global and regional teams.
• Monitor digital marketing activations and takeover bid approvals with little to no oversight.
• Work on financial data and expertise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field
- Proven experience in publishing coordination or a similar role
- Fluent in English
-Fluent in Italian
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Working Conditions:
- Full-time availability
- Contract type: temporary
- Location: Milan, Italy
- National Collective Labor Agreement: Grafici Industria
- Remuneration: Annual gross salary of 27,000 EUR
- Additional benefits: Meal vouchers (10 EUR), 1 smart working day per week
