Responsibilities
• Coordinate all internal and external actors of the project• Ensure on-time placing of orders and adherence to milestones• Identify critical sourcing paths and validate project planning• Support negotiations for logistics aspects• Follow up planning with potential suppliers• Escalate alerts if milestones are not met on time• Check completeness of orders prior to entering them into the system• Identify suppliers requiring capacity check and improvement plans• Overlook clerical tasks for order creation and entry• Coordinate with buyers to launch additional/replacement orders
Requirements
• Graduated from Higher Education in Business Administration or Engineering or Supply Chain preferred• Experience with ERPs, Supply Chain concepts, and continuous improvement processes• Italian mother tongue and proficient in English• Availability to travel in Italy and abroad for short periods of time
