We are looking for a
PROJECT QUALITY ENGINEER
Place of work : Pianezza (TO)
Mission :
- Customer interface for Quality matters in development for the assigned projects / Site
- Monitor and Control the conformity on Development process
Responsibilities
Monitor and Control the conformity on Development processes and Manage Quality Assurance file (PPAP)
- Quality improvement plan: He/She is in charge to collect quality data from previous project or similar product from production and project, then define quality targets and follow them during the project until SOP+6 months and share during Project Validation Committee.
- Process validation - Prototype phase & final production flow: He/She is in charge to participate and challenge the PFMEA in order to ensure quality controls according customer and internals requirements. Then, He/She is responsible to populate the control plan, green book, boundary samples and ensure the quality training during project phase until Full day production and Audit validation.
- Product validation: He/She is in charge of Design Validation support and the Product/process Validation tests followup. He/She participates the DFMEA meeting and design review in case of change or non-conformity treatment
- Injection part: He/She is in charge to validate quality aspects of parts for internal production by Quality control plan and SPPC review, update Traceability sheet and quality index sheet, PFMEA review, Validation mold: Dimension conformity -Aspect-mountability. He/She manage internally the measurements request, analyzes dimension and follows dimension convergence with the support of R&D to get the dimension conformity. Then, He/She is responsible to populate the control plan, green book, boundary samples and ensure the quality training during project phase until Full day production, Audit validation and do the internal PPAP.
- Customer delivery of sample, prototype, Pre-serie: He/She is responsible to prepare inspection report, CQC and update traceability of parts and quality index management
- Master development: He/She is in charge to follow the master development and ensure its availability and conformity for mountability phase
Intercompany PPAP Validation: He/She is in charge to validate the PPAP .
- PPAP (ANPQP- APQP- SQA): He/She is in charge to collect all docs in order to submit internal PPAP and customer. He/She is the quality project interface to manage the customer Issues during the project with appropriate solving approach PDCA and using internal database Claim Management Solution to archive and use them for our Raise / LLC return of experience
Requirements
-Engineering Degree
-Experience from 2 to 5 years in Production or Quality and in Automotive industry
-English (fluent written and spoken)
- Quality tools knowledge (PPAP, FMEA, Gauge R&R, PDCA)
- Technical drawing knowledge
- Industrial process Knowledge (Molding, Assembly and Painting as a plus)
