Our Oilfield-Services-Digital-Team works with our business to provide intelligent, connected technologies. We develop and maintain applications and tools for our internal customers for data acquisition, data processing and visualization. We collaborate with development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, and geoscience, to develop innovative firmware and application software.

As Project Manager (d/f/m) you will be responsible for cutting-edge projects engaging in diverse projects spanning industries in the energy field. You will lead global collaboration across Asia, Europe, and Central America. You will also steering the qualification of external suppliers for manufacturing processes for downhole drilling tools.

As a Project Manager - Optimization & Transition (d/f/m), you will be responsible for:

• Planning and leading the qualification of external suppliers for manufacturing processes for downhole drilling tools with focus on Asia, Eastern Europe, and Central America.

• Building and leading the project team the size of 8.

• Collaborating with external suppliers, sourcing, quality, and engineering groups

• Establishing and maintaining clear lines of communication with stakeholders

• Monitoring the project's performance in a systematic way and ensuring that performance is communicated to stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have successfully completed your studies in engineering and a project management training in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience.

• Have demonstrable experience in project management with execution of projects

• Be able to lead a multi-functional team in a matrix organization.

• Have experience in planning and leading projects and experience with manufacturing processes

• Have a structured way of working including a high self-motivation to work in a globally operating disciplinary team

• Have good oral and written English skills due to the international working environment and interest in working with other cultures.
