We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Project Manager – Lead Auditor . In this position, you will oversee the successful delivery of complex projects for our valued clients.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution, collaborating with sales teams, supporting in quotation drafting, planning and resource allocation, monitoring progress, and providing regular reports to management.
As a Project Manager – Lead Auditor, your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the successful delivery of MSC complex projects for all assigned customers. Ensuring timely delivery of the portfolio while adhering to agreed costs, timelines, and quality standards. Collaborating with the Sales function to provide operating forecast reports for assigned clients. Assisting KCM in drafting complex MSC quotations to proactively address potential delivery challenges. Formulating detailed project plans and schedules. Organizing human resources within individual projects, fostering communication and teamwork. Allocating resources to activities and monitoring work-in-progress. Conducting periodic control processes, including cost, scope, and job card analysis. Reporting progress, activity quality, and deliverables to KCM and PMO Manager/Program Manager. Anticipating the need for interventions or contractual revisions. You will report directly to the PM Manager and be evaluated based on specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established during yearly planning. Performance evaluations will be conducted annually.

To excel in this position, you should possess:
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in successfully managing complex projects. Certification as a Lead Auditor in quality management systems for a minimum of two of the following schemes: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, TISAX, ISO 37001. Exceptional client communication abilities coupled with a proven track record of building and sustaining strong relationships. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian.
