You will use program management skills to oversee and manage customer relations and development programs. You will be responsible for managing development programs and supporting all aspects of the business relationship between Honeywell and the customer(s). You will achieve required cost and schedule adherence, scope management, export compliance, and Integrated Product Delivery and Support compliance. Key program performance metrics include Estimate at Completion fidelity, Cost Performance Index, Schedule Performance Index, On Time to Request, Accounts Receivable, and Honeywell Milestone and Reporting Tool Milestone Fidelity. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and influencers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer demand planning inputs.
• Ensure adherence to contract, schedule, cost, regulatory agency and international trade compliance requirements.
• Extensive risk/opportunity analysis with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and net investment/operating income targets.
• Identify opportunities and execute plans to improve program performance.
• Coordination and integration with Product/Service management teams.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Identify and support new business
• Responsible for performance management of direct reports

プロセス業界向けのプラント制御システム、業務提案、導入、保守サポートを行っています。
当社は活発な製品開発投資により、数多くの先進的な製品を持ち、国内外顧客への新規導入や、国内の他社既存システムから当社製品への切替を成功させてきました。

【業務詳細】
当社の制御システムを適用した、石油、化学、エネルギープラント等向け制御システム導入プロジェクトの取りまとめ業務をご担当いただきます。
　－ 当社のプロジェクト管理メソッド、GPM（Global Project　Methodology）による、プロジェクトの計画と実行管理（設計、製作、試験、立会検査、現地導入の各工程に対して、安全、品質、スケジュール、要員、スコープ、コミュニケーション、コスト等を管理）
　－ プロジェクトで発生する課題や問題点の解決。自らの能力で解決できない課題については、国内外のエキスパートとコンタクトを取り、責任を持って対応。
　－ 営業支援、見積

【DCS導入プロジェクト】
■他社プラント制御システム更新プロジェクト
　－ 国内の他社が過去に導入したプラント制御システムを、更新するプロジェクト
　 既存システムの解析や、ソフト更新方法、短期間切替方法を、海外リソースも活用しながら実行。
■新規プラント制御システム導入プロジェクト
　－ 国内外のプラント制御システム新規導入プロジェクト。主に国内のプラントメーカーやエンジニアリング会社から受注したプロジェクトを、海外リソースと協力しながら実行。

・プロジェクト管理の知識をお持ちの方
・プロセス業界向け制御システムの知識をお持ちの方
・英語 ：TOEIC 600点以上もしくは同等の英語スキルをお持ちの方
（社内エンジニアとのコミュニケーション、英語ドキュメントの理解）
・5名以上の制御システム導入プロジェクトのリーダーとして、予算、スケジュール、品質管理を実施した経験をお持ちの方

・PMPの知識をお持ちの方
・制御システムの営業支援、見積り経験をお持ちの方
・顧客目線で問題を解決できる方
・計画を立てることやルールを重視し、その計画の達成に取り組める方
・未経験の分野についても、失敗を恐れず挑戦できる方
・常に問題意識を持って改善を進め、失敗しても反省して将来の改善につなげられる方
・ チームメンバーの強み弱みや状況を理解し、メンバーが自信を持って業務に取り組める様、フォローを行える方
