What you?ll do during your INTERNSHIP at (COMPANY NAME)
(COMPANY NAME)'s business is growing rapidly, and we are breaking new grounds in the way we partner with our clients to deliver learning interventions. To support the execution of our projects, we are growing the Project Enablement team
The function manages the execution of all complex learning journeys; typically consisting of solutions from different (COMPANY NAME) practices such as Strategy Alignment, Leadership, Innovation, Coaching and digital solutions. In addition, this function also drives the data collection and results measurement processes for all the learning journeys. Both primary activities of the function are strategic drivers of growth for (COMPANY NAME).
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, authentic, and results-driven individual with skills, and ideally some experience in supporting the execution of projects involving multiple milestones, stakeholders and use of technologies.
Responsibilities include:
* Communicates effectively with the consultants and client to ensure delivery timeline of both online and offline learning activities are met.
* Helps in the administration and deployment of the project deliverables and learning activities.
* Update internal systems regularly, including but not limited to: Salesforce, Box.com
* Communicates effectively with participants of learning experiences to ensure active level of participation and timely submission of all online activities throughout the journey.
* Coordinates with consultants, clients and others to ensure that materials for classroom sessions are prepared and delivered on time.
* Communicates and coordinates remote or onsite program logistics requirements, including set up and break down of meeting rooms and scheduling of events and activities.
* Organizes periodical review sessions between consultants, learning facilitators team and clients.
* Collect and consolidate data for learning impact measurement and review, including setting up online systems, engaging participants to increase submission rates and generate reports for review meetings.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for client reviews and submissions.
* Work collaboratively with team members across (COMPANY NAME) business practices and regions.
* Maintain a positive and professional image for efficiency, and effectiveness and collaborate openly and effectively with all key (COMPANY NAME) internal stakeholders.

* Comfort level with high activity base and multi-tasking
* Demonstrated planning skills
* Judgment to know when to modify process
* Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office software packages
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust.
* Alignment with (COMPANY NAME) values, including client centricity and an accountability mindset.
* Some prior experience in managing similar tasks as the described will be looked upon favorably, including:
* Project or event management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage ambiguous situations.
* Knowledge of virtual learning or learning technologies.
* Working knowledge of learning impact measurement and reporting.
* Fluency in English is an advantage
