Your mission
* Support the (COMPANY NAME) rollout teams in Italy, Spain and Portugal regarding coordination and administration of rollout projects, as.
* Manage and closely monitor purchase requests and invoicing.
* Liaise with procurement and finance departments regarding requests.
* Manage the data reporting towards our partners.
* Support the key account management of our partners.
* Support other countries' rollout teams as needed.
Your profile
* Fluent English, Spanish and Italian required, Portuguese beneficial. Other languages would be welcome as well.
* Bachelor of business administration or similar education.
* Experience in an administrative role or similar support function.
* Experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
* Detail-oriented working style.
* Autonomous and pro-active working style.
* Can-do mindset.
* Very good MS Office user skills.
* Good writing skills.
* Driving license (class B) would be welcome
