Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Resource Mobilizer. The Resource Mobilizer will play a crucial role in securing funds and resources to support our programs and initiatives, thereby enabling us to make a greater impact in the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Develop and implement strategies to identify and cultivate potential donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities.
⢠Research and identify relevant grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources.
⢠Prepare grant proposals, funding applications, and other fundraising materials in collaboration with program team.
⢠Build and maintain relationships with existing donors and sponsors, providing them with regular updates on our projects and activities.
⢠Organize fundraising events, campaigns, and other initiatives to engage the community and raise awareness about our mission.
⢠Collaborate with the communications team to develop marketing materials and promotional content to support fundraising efforts and branding of KIRAN.
⢠Branding various KIRAN services and products through different platforms to secure.
⢠Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising activities, tracking progress towards fundraising goals and making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications and skills:
⢠Master degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, communications, or nonprofit management.
⢠Previous experience in fundraising, donor relations, or grant writing preferred.
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
⢠Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with fundraising software and databases preferred.
⢠Passion for social impact and a commitment to the mission and values of KIRAN Society.
