Job summary
Manpower Engineering is seeking a PLC Programmer for our prestigious clients in the field of Industry 4.0 / Manufacturing.

Responsibilities
• Structuring program sequences according to defined specifications• Writing programs using specific PLC programming devices• Performing I/O tests to verify program functionality and resolve any bugs• Establishing technical verification criteria to ensure quality standards are met• Installing programs, conducting testing, and launching automated systems
Requirements
• Strong theoretical knowledge of plant engineering, electromechanics, and automation• Degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, or mechanical/automation engineering• Knowledge of PLC programming languages and common development environments• Excellent knowledge of popular programming languages such as C, C++, C#, VB, and Java• Knowledge of different types of PLCs, including Rockwell, Hima, Schneider, ABB, Delta V, and Siemens• Understanding of F&, G/ESD/DCS panel components• Knowledge of HMI and SCADA systems• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic technical drawings• Competence in software testing and debugging
